2. Eligibility

To enter any competition on this website, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Be permanently resident in the United Kingdom;
• Not be an employee, immediate family member, or associate of The Signature Vault Ltd.

The Signature Vault reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, address, and eligibility before awarding any prize.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.

3. Competition Format

All competitions operated by The Signature Vault are run as skill-based competitions.

To enter a competition, participants must:

1. Select the competition they wish to enter;
2. Purchase the desired number of tickets, subject to any applicable entry limit.

4. Entry Method

Entries can be made through the website by purchasing tickets for the relevant competition.

A confirmation email will be sent once an order has been successfully processed. Participants are not deemed entered into a competition until an order confirmation has been issued.

The Signature Vault reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or invalidate any entry where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Free Entry Route

In addition to paid online entry, a free postal entry route is available for each competition.

Conditions for free entry:

• One entry per postcard per competition;
• Entries must be handwritten, clear, and legible;
• Entries must be received before the relevant competition closing date;
• Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible entries will be disqualified;
• You must have a registered website account for the entry to be valid; and
• Free entries will be treated in the same manner as paid entries once validly received and processed.

The Signature Vault reserves the right to verify any free entry and to reject entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

6. Competition Closing

Each competition will display the relevant details, including:

• Total available ticket numbers;
• Closing date and time; and
• Any applicable ticket or entry limits.

A competition will close when either:

• All available tickets have been sold; or
• The stated closing date and time is reached.

The Signature Vault reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend, or close any competition early where necessary for operational, legal, technical, or other legitimate reasons.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a live-streamed draw using a random number generator.

Each valid ticket corresponds to a number allocated within the draw. The winning number selected at random will determine the winner of the competition.

Live draws may be streamed on our website and/or on our social media channels.

8. Winner Notification

Winners may be contacted using the details provided on their account, including by:

• Telephone; and/or
• Email.

The winner must respond within 14 days of being notified. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, The Signature Vault reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.

9. Public Announcement

By entering a competition, you agree that if you win, The Signature Vault may publicly announce your first name, surname, and town or region.

Such announcements may appear on:

• Our website;
• Our social media channels; and
• Any live draw broadcast or winner announcement content.

10. Prizes

Prizes will be described on the relevant competition page. Prizes may include physical memorabilia and other collectible items.

• Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly stated otherwise;
• No cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated otherwise;
• Prizes may be sourced from third-party suppliers; and
• The Signature Vault is not responsible for any manufacturer, supplier, or third-party warranty once the prize has been delivered.

11. Prize Delivery

Prize delivery is available within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery arrangements will be made directly with the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry or in their account.

Winners may be required to provide valid identification before or upon delivery. The Signature Vault is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issue arising after delivery has been completed.

12. Refund Policy

All competition entries are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may only be issued where:

• A competition is cancelled;
• The advertised prize becomes unavailable; or
• A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

In such circumstances, The Signature Vault may offer a full refund or website credit, at its discretion unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Account Rules

Users must register an account to participate in competitions.

By creating and using an account, you agree that:

Any entries submitted over the stated maximum may be declared invalid, cancelled, or excluded from the draw at our discretion.

Where suspicious or unlawful activity is identified, we may suspend accounts, cancel entries, withhold prizes, and report relevant matters to payment providers or authorities where appropriate.
