Refund and Returns Policy
At The Signature Vault, we take great pride in offering premium sports memorabilia and framed collectibles. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our returns policy is designed to be simple and fair.
30-Day Returns Policy
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unused and undamaged
- Returned with all original packaging, certificates of authenticity, and accessories
Items that show signs of wear, handling damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return

Please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photographs if the item arrived damaged or incorrect
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured service, especially for high-value memorabilia.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
- Refund timelines depend on your card provider or bank.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please contact us at matt@thesignaturevault.co.uk and we will assist you based on stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, authenticity, and one-of-a-kind nature of certain products, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or personalised framing
- Items with unique damage disclosed at purchase
- Clearance or marked “final sale” items
